SOUND PROOF ENCLOSURE:-

This is a special sheet metal fabricated on CNC machine and Powder coated. The enclosure is

designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB (average) all rounds in green field, as per IS8528

Part 10.

The Acoustic enclosure consist of the following :-

Base Frame: Base frame is fabricated either in ISMC channel or in sheet metal. The base frame

will be primer coated and painted.

Colour Shade: Enclosure: New Ivory, powder coated Roof top & Base: Pepsi Blue, liquid paint

Fuel Tank: Fuel Tank shall be fabricated out of 14SWG CRCA MS sheet .and is part of base

frame. It is mounted in base frame with capacity 0 100 Liters.

Acoustic Insulation:-Foam / Resin bonded Rockwool, fire retarded / non-igniting and noise

reduction type, properly clamped shall be provided on all doors, roof and sides to absorb noise.

Residential Silencer: Absorption type non-resistance Residential Silencer

Insulated from inside with glass wool shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the

engine, Residential Silencer shall be outside canopy mounted at rooftop.
